Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation for the CLP is not at par. At lower CLP employees are hired with higher compensation as per my knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership has good clarity in communication to employees and focus on strategy. Currently the bets seem bold but necessary and good leadership can only take that
