Sabre Corporation: Information Solution company, you may learn new things periodically and keep momentum, be more energetic, however, we have to pay much effort to manage customer expectation when our company changes, such as re-organization or customer support culture. Since, customer's feedback was negative.
Sabre Corporation: In the earlier days, it was good. Now with leadership changes and new structure changes, things get a bit messy and confusing. Sometimes it is just going with the flow.

Sabre Corporation: we are the front face to the customer. we take up all the abuse from them too because of the slowness to resolve issues that impact their revenue stream. it is tough sometimes to keep making the same excuse for not fixing an issue or with no timeline for a fix

There are issues with getting support/responses from specific departments - NDC onboarding is prime example with no ownership, or assistance on queries.

Employees are not trusted, time off is carefully metered out like its 1996, every metric is tracked down to the nanosecond. Developers can barely breathe without writing a status update.

Even with the new CFO and President, there was an opportunitiy to hire an African American. Boast inclusion and diversity but i don't think so.

People are generally nice. There are a few people in higher positions who are jerks, but one recently left the company.

Sabre Corporation: Reorgs heighten the level of feeling insecure at the company. Raises/bonuses are below satisfactory - based on other companies - Sabre bonuses are 1/4 of other companies. Poor Product leadership creates frustration. All these issues have caused knowledgeable people to leave for other companies

I work with some very talented and knowledgeable colleagues that are willing to share best practices and collaborate if there is an issue that needs resolution. Sabre Corporation: I love working and being part of the company, sometimes we have some people managing a group that maybe is not that open to change or does necessarily listen to what the "lowest" part of the chain has to say. But overall, the company is a great place to work.

Sabre Corporation: I've been here 27 yrs. I've seen MANY changes. One thing never changes - we're expected to work a full day's things between 8a-11a due to the offshore offices. The frantic pace of meetings, messages, issues, etc., during these morning hours is SO stressful I dread it. I make mistakes. It's insane.
Sabre Corporation: I just started, so for myself I have a lot I want to learn and looking forward to becoming more involved at the company.
