you can be whoever you want to be and there is no discrimination based on race, sexuality or religion. Diversity is widely accepted.

when things go well, when a good job gets recognized, when we have an easy day, or a hard one is handled well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it's undervalued because i know how much the position pays in other countries and an increase to help me not struggle at the end of the month would make me feel better

the job that we do is extremely demanding, and should be rewarded better monetarily. To get paid more or have more people so the load isnt so heavy on the ones already there
What are some of the best things about your team?
it's a small team, so we're pretty close. We all started around the same time, so we're all growing together. There is great communication and the competition is almost non existent, we just want what's best for the teas as a whole
