I've only been here during COVID and its aftermath. So, it's been different, but same as other companies, I suppose. Wish our stock price was higher. Equity is not worth anything. People are generally nice. There are a few people in higher positions who are jerks, but one recently left the company.

New members of the leadership team show enthusiasm for their new role and bring new ideas.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing project, positive feedback on a job well done, social interaction with coworkers to break up the mundane day-to-day
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is good. Benefits are good. I think the bonus (VCP) is too low at my level (only 20% for a Sr. Director).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the Southlake office is trying to bring some fun and interesting social connection back to the office, which I have missed in the past 2 years.
