Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Generally my experience has been good at Sabre, my team and peers are quality and knowledgeable people who take pride in good work. My downside is our brand with customers is tarnished historically and are we doing enough to change that perception so as to brand lead in the travel industry

Salary and SIP earned is fair and reasonable

to achieve goals and to hear positive feedback from our customers

I think it is fair in terms of market value, probably even a little above fair.

My local team is dedicated and team focused. They go the extra mile to serve our customers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The strategy is clear and the new structure is better aligned and less complex. It is difficult to answer some of these questions before even getting a chance to observe and form an opinion after the restructure

Financially the leadership team is strong. There is a lot of turnover in the team, stability and consistency seems a challenge. Culturally "some" lack the empathy required to deliver and set role models for upcoming cultural programs
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
These questions on coworkers are not black and white, some are great to work with, some diabolical. Some of my coworkers, particularly in our care and product teams need to walk in the shoes of the customer, understand their business and the impact we have.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to up our game with our customer, Exec engagement is not the panacea here, an EAB and a cadence of visits is a start but we need to have an holistic approach to not only engage but also service with quality and timeliness. Get our brand health at A across all touch points in the customer org
