The company can overwhelm you with all the NEW directions from a technical viewpoint it takes and then changes direction again. It is very challenging to keep up with the technology shifts, but it does seem to be happening at all companies. It does seem to be changing faster every year.

extremely hard working and goal orientated
What is the best part about your compensation package?
time off, although it's hard to take with all the deadlines on projects. Biggest complaint is the burn out due to inability to take time off and managers who need to deliver projects at the expense of an employees need for consecutive time off.
