Working at Sabre is a positive experience, with great people in my immediate team. There are still silos between teams, and some other teams are very unresponsive when we need their help which can be frustrating. Overall Sabre is a good place to work.

Generally positive. There are still frustrations with departmental silos and staff in other departments who don't respond to emails, chats or calls for weeks if ever.

Annual pay reviews are at minimum level, and don't keep up with cost of living.

The ability to work from home and still talk to colleagues and customers face-to-face (via Teams) every day

In my part of the world we don't have any company benefits other than Work From Anywhere (which is great).
