I came in to do a role that I was comfortable in and had done many years before, I was provided an opportunity to take a role that I had not done and have loved getting to learn a new thing!

I have been given the opportunity to move around and try new roles in my short time with our company. I see how we are all pulling together in the same direction to achieve our goals.

I love meeting new people and finding the right match for open positions for them.

I love making connections with people to find them the roles they may not have considered.

we have a lot of fun together, everyone is always willing to help out or give advice and they value my thoughts, too.

they have articulated specific growth goals, they show so much heart when they talk about Sabre and they have taken the long game approach to our company's health
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how transparent they are and how much the communicate. The fact that we have SED talks quarterly and get to hear directly from Kurt and Sean is incredible, not only for their time, but for them "spending" our time that way. I know committing that work time to communication has a real cost.
