The company makes me feel that only its Main Centers around the world (Southlake, Montevideo, Krakow, Bangalore) exist and matter; while the rest of the people working on other countries are just supporting them but are not cared. HR is inexistent in my country and so are the benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My country has a high rate of inflation and my salary has not been updated to cope with that. I have been in Sabre Argentina for almost 15 years and it's hard for me to leave the company in this situation. Also, albeit for my direct manager, the rest of the leaders don't recognize my work.
