my experience at the company has been a positive one. I've had a lot of personal and professional growth. Unfortunately however, we are reaching a point where the best person for a position does not always get it, shifting into a more of a 'quota focused' company rather than a merit based one

my overall experience has been great, good opportunities; however, it always feels like I can get the boot overnight if the power-ups decide they need to 'right-size' or whatever else

nothing makes me particularly happy at work

They seem to care about the people and our interests

Very close and professional team. It's always a pleasure working with them.

Being able to be at home at see my daughter grow up

People are great to work with and also a pleasure to talk to on personal matters

quite communicative and transparent in that they're goals are and what they are doing to achieve them

Not sure I understand the question. I am fairly paid and that's about it, there aren't any great benefits I can think of

Team is quite knowledgeable and is always keen on sharing that to the rest. Very open comms which makes it very easy to work with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have people reporting to me that earn more, so how is that fair, and not even senior people, it's new people joining with higher salary
