I am very satisfied at Sabre. I learn a lot every day and I am able to develop my career. I love the industry and the impact we are making to it. I just think we are still slightly underpaid considering current market conditions.

I have been with Sabre for many years and experienced a lot of change, both internally with the company and externally with the market/industry and the reason I stay and want to continue working here is the solutions we provide to a very complex industry and the value I see in the work I do at Sabre

I have been with Sabre over 25 years, and I really love the company, the people and the global culture. I learned and developed my skills by having worked at different positions in different business units and different countries. I traveled a lot and met people from multiple countries and cultures.

They have a great sense of collaboration and team work approach. They have knowledge of the industry, market and the company. They are empathic and care about human relations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sabre is a global company and sometimes is not very aligned with local circumstances in some regions. In my market inflation is almost at 3 digits and we should have more frequent increases. Once a year is not enough.
