I enjoy working for my executive and team. I have a great camaraderie with my fellow coworkers and peers.

They work together well...have mutual respect for eachother...and they all seem to care about the best interest of the company.

I am aware that others in my general position are being compensated way more than me in this organization and outside the organization.

Some of the best things about my team are their collaboration and shared commitment to excellence. There's a sense of mutual respect and trust that allows us to work efficiently together. There's a genuine sense of support, camaraderie, and shared purpose.
