we are the front face to the customer. we take up all the abuse from them too because of the slowness to resolve issues that impact their revenue stream. it is tough sometimes to keep making the same excuse for not fixing an issue or with no timeline for a fix

I think our planning and innovation is good but making sure the workers feel comfortable and safe is important

we put in a lot to keep customers happy but the appreciation is lacking
