My leadership team truly has an "Open door" policy and I feel comfortable, seen, and heard when I walk through their doors.

The most positive aspect thing about the culture and environment is that some people understand that they are the change they want to see.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am excited to work on the engagement part of my job and setting up events for the employees and going out to volunteer. I like hearing and knowing that people look forward to having LN people involved.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is diverse and we are the engagement team for our group. We also lead the D&I training so we are at the forefront of the most important part - - making sure others not only feel included but that they know they BELONG.
