The exchange rate is not favorable and this is not being adjusted.

When I get the chance to learn something, either with a course or hands on at work.

We care about each other, we are honest and always try to have fun while committing to our duties.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are just paid USD 7 per day for lunch, which in Uruguay is too low. We consider this as part of our salary and in other companies we are paid 3 times this amount.
