I enjoy working for Sabre although some time politics, self preservation and lack of funding gets in the way of Sabre being great and meeting customer expectations. Over processing can be just as bad as not having any process, we need to find mid ground that works for all

Majority of the time the team and management have a great culture and it is great to see how people can work so close together providing support guidance. There are a few that still have not embrace this fantastic company culture, that we need to provide a safe space for people to raise these issue

More generous compared to our competitors . VCP we win together attitude. SIP is over generous and does not appear to link back to actual revenue generated.

The teams i work with are commitmed to reaching the end goal and will do what ever it takes to make it happen. We all stand together no passing blame culture, no pointing fingers. Just lets get it done attitude and we have time to have some fun on the way.
