What do you like best about the leadership team?
New energy to get structured and focused to win, new additions in last year to the team. Focus on I&D, however, would like to see more placement of women and people of color in executive roles, especially across globe.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay for me personally, however, there is work to be done across the organization in addressing base pay, dealing with compression, fixing bonus structure, offering LTI to critical and top talent below director level for better retention of this talent.
