Its been interesting, especially since COVID. We still have problems, but things are starting to turn around for the better. It will take time, but I am starting to feel like we will get there.

My team is very receptive for my feedback and recommendations. I feel like they value my opinion.

Our environment is very flexible and very diverse when it comes to culture. Its really nice to embrace different opinions and cultures.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I have really contributed to someone's success. Either that being a client success or someone within Sabre. That feeling that I have really helped someone succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that the leadership team is very direct and open with responses to difficult questions, especially Sean. I never feel like he's tiptoeing on a response. Answers are always straight to the point. I like that.
