When my PC works and there are no issues with IT server delay hindering efficiency.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not under valued...rather, IT PC issues affect tools necessary to complete tasks are and have been an ongoing issue. This means working longer hours to complete work; results in $ decrease which is frustrating when data tools are lost, or delay by system not making tools efficiently available.
