I've dedicated my life to Sabre and plan to stay until I retire. Sabre has allowed me to travel the world, experience things, and get to know people I could have only dreamed about. Through my various positions with Sabre, I have grown as a person and intellect.

WOrking from home and having time for family life. Being able to make my own work time and schedule.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All new programs and employee incentives are designed for new young employees nothing new has been done to reward seasoned older employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most if not all the "NEW" compensations that have been added don't apply to more mature employees that have been dedicated to Sabre for many years. I don't feel the company values me and the years that I have put into making Sabre successful.
