Sabre is a good company, it is undeniable. However, there were laid-off exercises every year and people who were affected were efficient and responsible employees, not that they were underperformers. It affects the employees and feels unsecure although we fully understand the company's direction.

We share work knowledge and ideas and work closely as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
After the Project 25, our EVP set up meetings with us and answered many of our queries. Truly appreciate the effort in conducting 2 sessions to meet employees of the different time zones. This demonstrates the leadership team cares for the Sabre employees. Kudos to Sabre and the leadership team!
