I have been in the workforce for many decades and find LexisNexis to be the best I have ever encountered and worked for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare benefits is the best part of my compensations package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team are their willingness to help, leadership and team outings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how professional and respectful the leadership team is towards each other when communicating in writing and verbally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Currently, the best part of my benefits package is health insurance as I have been needing to access it more.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I have time to research and learn new things to bring to the role I have..
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about our leadership team is that their OKR's are in line with each area of our business (i.e. CE, Sales, Development, Marketing, Analytics, etc..).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Team building exercises ensure we are aware of what roles we play as individuals, individual markets and how diverse we are leading to building a great team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture and environment to me are the persona; development sessions (i.e. health classes, yoga breathing, AAN, Menopause support groups, diversity support groups, etc..)
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work with someone pronounces my name correctly after I have reminded them 5 times. The other thing that make me happy at work is that people are gentle, kind and willing to help with understandings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive trait in my company's culture is how respectful, kind and uplifting each email and conversation is around any topic. Words rather written or spoken are never harsh or negative as they all realized we are one team at the end of the day.
