Working at Sabre can be great. You are giving a lot of freedom and flexbility, but i feel the company lacks one thing - bringing home office workers together to meet with colleagues. I sometimes do not feel connected with the company at all.

Everyone is open and welcoming
What makes you most happy at work?
Business trips where i get to meet colleagues, clients and partners in person
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since Shawn Williams joined, several great things were implemented, e.g. permanent Year End Break.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is just fantastic. Always open to help, and i have grown very fond of them that i rather call them friends now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am 100% homebased, yet I dont receive financial support. While the company is saving a lot of money by not having to pay for an office for me, i am paying out of my own pocket to have full-speed internet, bought my own desk and chair, etc.
