investment in I&D, genuine concern for employee well being (especially during COVID), WFA Policy, Flexible work hours to manage personal/family obligations

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires off the street begin are paid more than experienced employees. There needs to be a company wide Salary adjustment as a result of the Job Structure Refresh initiative
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New Hires appear to be on a different (a higher) salary scale then those of us who have been around a long time, and it's impossible for me to catch up through the annual merit cycles
