My mates and leaders trust my job, they are there for me in case I need them. Support, passion, information, transparency, really strong values that you can live each day and they are much more than words.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can do my job and I feel trusted. My job position, my mates, my leaders. Culture, my team mates and my mates in Uruguay. But I thing it's about culture, and I feel very happy about it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We meet every day remotely, because I have no team in Montevideo, but I do know lots of folks here, because It's just the way I am, I do go to people to talk while I'm at the office. Most of all I enjoy team gatherings, but I haven't had the chance to meet my direct leader or my counterparts from AA
