Sabre's a hard place to work. So many products, platforms, processes. Locating the right person to address a given concern can be a nightmare.

Great attitudes, Depth of experience and willingness to pile in to solve problems

Their unwavering commitment to important objectives despite the challenges of the last several years.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some wins would be nice - we keep losing customers. Internal complexities are very difficult to navigate - who owns what? which platform? When did THAT change? Much of it is Tech Transformation related.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We're stuck in the hell between current and future state. Work on future state is now so far along it's affecting test system stability for work on current state projects. The only way through it is forward, but it's no fun right now, if your job is to support current state efforts.
