In my short time in the company I more than happy to be part of an amazing team of people that truly works together to achieve our goals, not only financially but we always take our clients as paramount to any new project the company has for the future.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
This is one of the best companies I have had the opportunity to work with. As with everything in life, it has some development opportunities that if those are addressed with the correct action plan will catapult the company to the stratosphere.

The inclusiveness and the open door policy even remotely

The feeling of accomplishment, positive feedback, new projects and new procedures to make.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although I have a fair salary, the special circumstances with the transition in Nuvola (technical issues) have made the process to upselling a bit difficult.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are indeed a team, no one is above anyone and we all work together to achieve all of our goals and focused on our clients.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
To have fewer company-wide meetings. As employees, we need to focus on our strategy of how to be more productive and with so much bureaucracy and meetings it works against our productivity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how committed they are, specially in improving the engagement and diversity in Sabre. This something that is paramount to any organization right now. This a cultural change that can be very impactful to a company and the commitment with it comes from the higher ups to the bottom.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be helpful to have more tools available for us as employees that allow us to know if our compensation is fair in the company market. Obviously, it would something such as a KPI that will allow us to see that my salary is on average with the people with the same position, hierarchy & region
