happy to be Sabre member for 15+ years, have seen a lot of direction change and every time feel employees are more valued and heard in many areas, except pay as compared with new rates for employees. So an internal retention fair pay policy should exist or if we have one, definitely reviewed.

very happy with the way I work and people I work with, clear communication from e-level teams, at times down the tree leaders communicate high level plans without an action plan for employees to execute at team level, most of us being asked to do more with less resources or lack of support makes it

diverse work areas within roles, varied options within Orgs and peers, coworkers are the best Sabre has to offer. Internal talent retention should have MORE focus

vast amount of talent, very disconnected line of work/core one from another, hard to cascade company goals to individuals within verticals don't seem to have solutions have lots in common
What makes you most happy at work?
control of my time, freedom, benefits, work environment and I am allowed to be creative in my own way and execute my work as I consider ir should be done best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay isn't bad, what is unfair is the new salaries to attract talent while not compensating for existing talent, we're talking about long term employees who don't keep up with salary trend if new talent expectation and company approval to still hire at high cost employee salaries.
