Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Highly rated on performance evaluations, yet only receiving 1-1.5% increases. This has been going on long before Covid.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy working with the customers the most. Understanding my product and being able to help the customer understand my products to use them to their fullest capabilities
