The compensation is good, the people are fantastic. Sometimes is hard to get access to career opportunities and I would leave for the same money to another company. I understand we are through a rough patch.

The culture of the teams and the relationships. There are some good intellectual challenges

They have a sound strategy but we do not seem to be able to execute.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
VP+ care too much about politics and do not actually care about getting results. And that transpires to the rest of the organization because they are pushing their own agenda and not Sabre vision.
