Communicate openly and move away my role, my job, my area. There tends to be " It is secret" for things which are obvious.

I think one thing i will call out is the intent of leaders and team members, we all are trying to be best in what we do.

In my team and my unit, i see a lot of ease the way we work and we speak. We work hard, we crack jokes and we support each other.
