There are good people that I work with but with no great leaders in place we will get to no where. There is also not a career path or development track for any of us so if it just busy works with below avg pay, why stay?

Too much uncertainty and a lack of leadership overall. We had many tenured leaders depart the company and no replacement. Changes/ re-org keep happening without purpose or clear communication of why and how that leads to insecurities.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
too many leadership changes in Hospitality solutions so I am afraid that my BU is losing focus
