What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Create a connected culture and invest in the skill development of employees as well as updating their technology. Assign experienced supervisors/Managers to employees to report so that they will discuss their career path and development plans in this company.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

This company and its employees are extremely disconnected. The majority of employees are not interested in creating long-term relationships with others. Creating team-building activities online or in-person between teams or departments or whole company-wide will help employees to connect.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Ease on the workload of the dev teams; mandate innovation for all teams; update your technology to work on interesting tools and apps; create performance goals for supervisors /managers so they can create an engaged and connected culture for their employees; and have company-wide happy hours, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I found out after a year that I was hired for a position that is considered entry-level even though I have an advanced degree and lots of experience in the Technology industry. I like my manager to upgrade my job to the correct level and assign me exciting work to do.
