No career growth. Stuck on same job for 10+ yrs. Salary increase is minimal to nothing. Very little bonus. Compensation is far below market. Only reason I stick around is I get to work from home and my teammates are great.

Learning new things and solving problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get to work remote.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be trying to turn the company around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market is paying lot more. Bonus is little to nothing here and no stock option.

Everyone is knowledgeable and highly experienced in my team. They are always willing to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what I do. I get to work on interesting projects and my teammates are great to work with.

Everyone in the team is very knowledgeable in what they do. We all work very well as a team to get work done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them took a 50-100% salary increase in the last 2 years while we got 2% and NO stock option. Does not seem fair.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Getting to work remotely gives me flexibility with raising my young child. I do not have to waste hours commuting to office. I have a better work environment at home than I would in office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is well below market. Expenses have gone up 30-50% in the last 3 years while pay has not kept up with inflation. Need serious increase in pay. Stock option for employees would be nice too so that everyone is vested in the company success.
