The level of communication, ability to respond to questions during live events, strategy and direction.

We support and care for one another both work related and personal bumps in the road.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being rewarded for achieving goals. In some cases, the transaction attainment has been misaligned to the market but recently, that is better. Benefits are good for the most part; I have recently had difficulty with approval for something as simple as an MRI. UHC called it an experimental procedure!
