Overall it's good. From a work perspective, I like the work that I do and believe it does matter. From a benefits perspective, they're not as good anymore in the U.S., costs are high, dental and vision coverage are declining. Meetings could easily be improved with folks having an objective & agenda.

The biggest thing is accountability. Coworkers need to own their work and commitments. Especially in the product org.

Sean does what he's says he's going to do. He's transparent. He's able to deliver good and bad news effectively.

Working From Anywhere (WFA) has been a game changer for me. Without WFA, working with different time zones wouldn't be manageable.

I love the work that I do. I can be creative, analytical and contribute items that actually matter to the company's bottom line.

The leadership team. They get it. I like the improvements they've made to PTO. The year end break adds to creating the right culture. The fact that they recognize how hard their people work while delivering excellent results is outstanding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I fall into the category of getting things done and doing them well. Often times leaders overload people like me and I'm definitely feeling it. For what I bring to the table, for how I hire & develop talent, on top of my own work, at minimum I should be at mid-point of my salary and want stocks back
