When I first joined Sabre, I had a case of imposter syndrome, given the caliber of my peers. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of support and recognition from them. It has been a major confidence booster and has helped me grow tremendously. This still remains a highlight of my career.

As a general rule, my peers at Sabre have always been warm, friendly, and receptive in addition to being highly intelligent and skilled.

I love having plenty of PTO to create work-life balance. This is a great benefit, and I appreciate that our leaders encourage us to use it.

The way our leaders navigated through the pandemic was exemplary and boosted my confidence in our future while giving me a sense of ownership in shaping that future.

I enjoy the opportunity to leverage the full breadth of my talents while being afforded the chance to expand and sharpen them. Personal growth and development is very important to me.

I see a strong focus on our people that is refreshing, especially in inclusion & diversity. I love the pragmatic, results orientation Kurt Ekert brings at exactly the right time for Sabre. (I like winning too!) I'm still in awe of how masterfully Sean Menke helped us navigate the pandemic.
