It's not terrible in general, this year has been a huge disappointment, team has been reduced from ~45 ppl to less then 20, even thought product is considered new and it's supposed to replace legacy solution, which won't be possible without funding for the product.

Clear vision, funding for products.

I receive a lot of linked in propositions and they are 30-70% above.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Feeling unvalued, team has been significantly reduced in the beginning of the year. We don't have funding to build all the features customers want.
