I love what the company has become. The executives have shown they really care and not just lip service. The true test was during covid and how they handled the impact. When layoffs necessary included executives not just the individual contributors.

we all work together and help each other. No egos, complete trust within the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation is not meeting current industry norms, if I left I could get a significant bump in compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
caring for each other led by our executive team. The culture has significantly improved since Joe DiFonzo came on board.
