I love working for Sabre! I have been blessed with a fantastic career path so far, wondrful managers and work that challenges me. I believe in what we do and that we are a vital part of the travel industry. Of course there are frustrations and a TON we can do better, but that is what we try to do

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with Sabre nearly 9 years and know I earn less than similar positions in the market or even new employees coming into Sabre. A direct recent report I hired makes more than me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fast pace of change and having the ability to be a change agent. Also having the ability to make decisions and own them. Thinking outside of what is normally done. Working with brilliant minds and having the support of managers, peers and supports alike.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I make a difference. That I am valued and contibute to the success of my team, my manager, my clients and my company. That I make a living for my family and build a good life for us with the job that I do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It feels as if they really care about me and the part that I play in the future of the company. They want all of us, and Sabre to success. Fir the first time my personal well being, professional success also matters - not just the companies' success. I am extremely excited about Sabre's future!
