While executive leaders have an amazing drive, we lack innovation and willingness to change at VP/Director level, There are too many managers/leaders to do simple job... A lot of folks in the team do not want to share knowledge (to save their jobs)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was a tech lead, and took up a role as Senior with a promise that i would be reinstated, 3 years now, i am waiting for the reinstatement, even after performing... There is very less scope for growth if you are not in US or LAM
