Easy to work with. Caring, willing to help and collaborate.

Inclusive. Many programs to get involved in. Recognition program is nice.

I feel challenged. I enjoy my team a lot. The flexibility is nice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel slightly under compensated for my role compared to the market value.

They understand the importance of people, and do what they can to support, motivate, and retain talent.

We look out for each other and all would go out of their way to help one another.

Vacation days exceed many other companies, which is a great benefit. It is important to be able to unplug.
