what makes me most happy at work is the team that I lead, the peers, and the leaders that I work with, and the people in general
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders invests time to build stronger relationship with those reporting to them. Leaders make it a point to understand the peoples needs, priorities, and the best way to motivate them.
