I have worked with the company almost ten years and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. I enjoy working remotely and enjoy working with my team as a whole. I feel I have an important role with the company and do it to the best of my ability.

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what I do as my main job and help where necessary within my department.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My job does not require much interaction with my team other than through email or via shared google docs. I enjoy communication when necessary. I like to be able to do my tasks independently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep the employees informed about what is going on and have given us growth opportunities with in our department to help us reach our goals. Without adequate help teams are unable to reach goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like being able to work from home. I like to work more independently. I have plenty of avenues to reach out to co-workers or mangers as needed. We have team meetings occasionally through RingCentral and connect that way.
