In the almost 6 years I have been here, I have seen the good and the bad. At this time I think it is a turning point with this company. Fresh faces and ideas make me feel glad I am still a part of it all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K is good. I do like knowing money is set aside for my future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is actual communication on the office now. Not complaining but talking to get whatever task done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all can communicate and can bounce ideas off each to get the job done. We work very well together.
What makes you most happy at work?
When i can resolve and issue for an Office Manager, and the relief in their voice knowing the patient will be happy to know the the issue has been taken care of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Director is amazing, She is open to ideas and working smarter not harder. I feel more appreciated under my Director. Those above are doing a good job. Think communication still is an issue.
