My leadership team trusts me to do my job effectively, but is also there for me when I need support. It is a good balance of trust and support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very helpful and always supportive. They are a lot of fun to work with, and I feel like they understand what I go through, as they go through the same!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As the market for hourly increases at the office level has increased, "middle management" has stayed the same. Inflation and the lack of significant increase in pay has narrowed the financial window for me personally. I understand how the business works, so it's challenging to speak up.
