I use to feel there was a path for promotion at this company. Now I know that there is no path for me to promote. Now that I accept that, I just come to work and do my best.

There is never a dull moment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home. I know what I am doing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all hard workers. We enjoy working together and have a good raport.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Last year we received an $.18 raise. This year it was 2%. This does not even come close to the cost of living or inflation. We are not even considered for bonuses.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Flexibility. Our team meetings are always canceled. We are never told what is going on throughout the company. We hear things through whispers and phone tag. If questions are raised in a meeting, we are quickly shot down. We don't even know our manager of our entire overall dept.
