I like working w this Company i have learned a lot and I believe their is always new material to learn. I have met great People along the way. I like how the company ask their employees how are they doing regarding work. Also letting us work from home.

What i like about my team is that we come together to get the work done and help each other where ever is needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home helps me concentrate better and focus more on my work. I like working on Projects and helping out where their is help needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After 13 years of work and a 25-30 cent raise per hour per year does not keep up with the cost of living and my Experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i like how the company keeps us updated of what is gong on as regard to activities, positive feedback E-mails, how they recognize are achievements and performance through our work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What i like about the leadership team is that they inspire the team that even though we doubt our selves some times they give us encouragement, support and confidence that we can get to our goal.
