Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation is at 8.9% and my raise, with a perfect score on my performance evaluation was 2.5%. News articles stated that many jobs were offering extra bonuses/ compensation to employees for staying in positions during the Great Resignation. I feel like I should have capitalized on that movement.
