Overall it is good much better than the previous company I was in 5 years and only obtained a slight increase of pay at 3rd year mark at least I worked here for about 6 months and I got $.10 increase so that much better
What makes you most happy at work?
When a claim gets paid because I found the discrepancy or fixed a mistake.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
More of an encouragement based usually instead of much hostility and pressure on just a focused arbitrary goal
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are able to talk and laugh and here our music for concentration and to get in a rythm
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have some background and developed dental and insurance experience prior or during employment for help on diagnosis and problem solving of claims.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This requires problem solving and tactical operations based of developed experience and brings thousands of dollars to company that they would probably never would have obtained if these errors were not fixed by us. Recompense on certain percentage even 1% of pymnt by INS that required of our Resub.
